Meadows Ag founder Jim Meadows has 40 years of experience with various companies like Exacto, Helena Agri-Enterprises, and Loveland Products. Jim worked in a variety of markets including agriculture, aquatics, turf, forestry, and industrial vegetation.

Dr. Rick Beardmore
Dr. Rick Beardmore was a strategic director at United Agri Products where he was instrumental in building the highly successful Loveland Products portfolio.
While Director of Business Development for Makhteshim Agan of North America, he helped build that organization from a technical sales organization to a branded product company.
Dr. Beardmore later went on to Agriliance, now WinField Solutions, where he directed, managed and drove AgriSolutions to the position it still enjoys today.
